The NIS BMIS mobile app is the field tool for Nigeria Immigration Service border officers. It enables ePassport MRZ scanning, NFC chip reading, live face verification, traveller lookup against the central Border Management & Identity System, geofenced duty check-ins, watchlist alerts, and secure messaging with the control room — all with full offline capability at low-connectivity border posts.

This page is a developer preview intended for internal testing. Authorised officers receive the production APK and credentials directly from their NIS administrator.
